My 89 year old mother employed this company to clean - they broke one of her most valuable possessions but refused to pay compensation, stating they do not have insurance cover. A couple of weeks later another employee damaged her bathroom sink and again they refused to compensate for the repairs she had to pay for this damage. Indeed, the owner of the company screamed abuse at my mother on the phone and then brought round her washing and dumped in on her doorstep. Further requests for compensation have been refused. DO NOT EMPLOYEE THIS COMPANY particularly in any work relating to the elderly/vulnerable or if you value your possessions. We are very disappointed the service we have received.

Can't speak highly enough of Dusters, they are really good at what they do and for a very reasonable price. I had them in to clean a kitchen and bathroom of a property I rent out after a tennant had left and the difference was incredible. I only wish I had taken before and after photos. The girls that work there are very proffesional and Iwould happily reccomend to anyone!
