        I discovered Williams Bros at the 2021 cheese festival in Caerphilly and I've visited the shop since and drank it in the White Cross in Groeswen. I only wish it was closer to Cardiff - but they've inspired me to produce 90 pints of cider myself, though it will be a while before I get to their standards. Truly the King of Welsh Ciders.         My fave local cider. I only like still, apply, scrumpy cider. And this fits the bill and make me v v v happy. My go to is always Splanky. It tastes like beautiful apples and is potently strong too ;) Great team too. Always friendly, helpful and there to give you lots of tasters to try all of them out. And they even delivered boxes of cider to the door during covid lockdown times.
