I have struggled with my back for almost 20 years and nothing has really helped. I had enough of the restrictions this caused and needing strong painkillers almost constantly. I went to Caerphilly chiropractic centre as almost a last hope and Sam has really changed my life. I havent needed any strong painkillers since my treatment started and I am almost entirely pain free less than 2 months in. My advice if you are considering treatment stop thinking about it and do it, the best money you will ever spend on yourself

I've been going for approximately 6 months now; I have more maneuverability & no more pain. It has truly been a life changing experience. I cannot recommend Sam & the team enough.

Halfway through my treatment with Sam and I can already feel a difference would highly recommend them if your having or suffering with back pain

I'd been suffering with a trapped nerve in my lower back for a long time, the GP just gave me painkillers. Someone suggested going to a Chiropractor, which I did. Best thing ever, I cannot get over the difference it has made to my life. I'd definitely recommend it.
