I can't recommend highly enough, the staff are so lovely and Ben who I see is amazing, seems to know exactly what my body needs at that time and he is so knowledgeable.

I have had one session a week for the last four weeks with Benny, and I've got to say my physical and mental health has improved drastically. Currently my mind and body feel like a million dollars. Got to take my hat off to the team at House of Human Potential. They really do look after you.

I have been on my healing journey for the past 5 years. The strange thing is I never suffered with physical symptoms - my stored, stuck trauma was more on an emotional, cellular level. So why see a chiropractor come spineologist? Well, what I know for sure is that when I leave House of Human Potential after my adjustment with Ben, my body feels stronger, more liberated, less restrained, more balanced and my nervous system is at complete ease. Healing can come in many forms and maybe its more commonly associated to helping to ease physical pain. But, for me, I feel the difference from the inside out! Blockages released, and equilibrium restored - every single time. These days I invest in my health before anything else, health is wealth When I feel my best self, my cup is full to overflowing and my children, whole family and friends benefit. Its a ripple effect Thank you Ben, Izzy and Team for your service, what you do really is on another level and I am so grateful that our paths have crossed, Ps. I am so looking forward to planting my wild flower seeds and calling those butterflies in!

When I first started my treatment with Ben I had a lot of pain and restricted movement in the back. Now the problems have been mostly resolved. I would highly recommend this practice they are very helpful and friendly and you get good results.

The best people to see to help in the recovery process it has been a marvel at how far I've come since starting treatment here. I'd most certainly recommend to any one to try it out. You'll be surprised at what a difference it will make to your life as I have already found out. I'm so thankful to the staff here for helping me on my recovery journey.
