I've had a knee injury for nearly two years and decided to go to the Tuning Room after a friend told me about it. I've worked mostly with Ben and it has been a life changing experience. I've never been to a Chiropractor before so I didn't really know what to expect. I've had years of neck and back pain and stiffness that massages and physios have never fixed. I've been at the Tuning Room for about two months and I feel completely healed in all these areas and am now moving on to my knee issue. I have no doubt this will be fixed aswell. Honestly the best thing I've ever done in terms of my health and body and I couldn't recommend The Tuning Room highly enough.

I cannot praise the team at the tuning room enough. From my very first visit they made me feel so at ease and comfortable. They are all so friendly and helpful, it's a real pleasure. I have only been with them since January but the difference it has made is amazing. I used to have no energy, and widespread pain in most of my body, especially my back. But thanks to Tom, Ben, Lydia and Rosie I am now at a point where I'm starting to be able to live my life again. I'm happier in work and actually have energy after! I honestly didn't expect too much going in. After years of physio and confused doctors telling me they didn't know what was causing the pain I was willing to try anything. Tom was honest and practical from the start. We set goals and a realistic timeline for my treatment plan. I'm sent home with exercises to do to help support the work we are doing. In all my years of dealing with doctors and other health professionals, this is the most supported and listened to I have ever felt.

Deciding to use a chiropractor for the first time has had such a positive impact on my quality of life. As someone with a history of contact sport followed by years in a desk based job I was really struggling with pain and stiffness, particularly in my neck and upper back. The change has been fantastic and I feel so much healthier overall. Tom and his team are not only excellent professionals but also lovely people. They genuinely care about their patients.

As a fellow chiropractor, I couldn't recommend this place enough. Space field with the most amazing people, who truly want to help everyone to contact with them. I'm Blessed are going on a few seminar held and cannot wait to experience even more seminars during the Seminoles I've had hands on treatment, and they're adjustments are next to none. Highly recommend.

All staff at the Tuning Room are very professional and friendly. I had an x ray on my knee about five years ago which diagnosed oesteo arthritis. My knee was extremely painful. After a few visits to see Tom he referred me to Pat Foley for deep muscle therapy. This was the best decision I made and after only a few sessions my knee was feeling much better. I am now pain free. I have continued with my sessions and now I have deep muscle therapy which concentrates on my shoulders and neck as well. I was referred to a physio at the hospital but unfortunately they were unable to do much. So I was very fortunate to come across The Tuning Room . Moving on I am now back in the gym and working with Pat once a week. The whole experience has been amazing. I can now do lots of activities that I was unable to do previously like weight lifting !! Also started to do some boxing which I love. I feel that I am getting stronger every week. So if there is anyone out there thinking about going to the Tuning Room to find out more about the services they offer please go . You have nothing to loose and everything to gain. !!!.
