Golden Phoenix

Trying to find a decent chicken or beef satay and this place just wasnt it. Ordered one chicken satay, one beef satay, one extra satay sauce, one egg fried rice, one large chips. The main satay dishes were just gloopy and felt a bit cheap. When me and my girlfriend went to pick it up we noticed the 3/5 hygiene rating on the window and kinda shrugged it off. Unfortunately there was a dark hair in the chicken satay. The extra satay sauce was lovely and pretty spot on, I just dont know why they cant put it in the main meals instead of that gloopy sauce. Egg fried rice was great and chips were also on point. Not the worst satays Ive had, Ive had them bleachy yellow and even pink at some places but unfortunately we wont be back for these ones either.

Food is always hot fresh and tasty, and if u get delivery their drivers are very friendly. I highly recommend this place!!

Service was great, exceeded my expectation as it was delivered in 20 mins so was mega chuffed. I had salt and pepper ribs to start with and then my all time fav chicken in black bean sauce, I forgot to ask for extra chilli and that was the only thing that I've missed, that extra kick but it's my fault, other than that it was tasty plus egg fried rice also nice. Definitely be back, thank you

Just had shredded chicken chowmain , it was the best I've ever had very tasty really enjoyed it
