This company make you believe they are professional but like the previous reviews they are corrupt and very very unprofessional and very very greedy. They take advanctage of you because your hands are tied due to the loan owed which is tied with the property. They make you do everything and then charge you extortionate prices for doing nothing. If you sell the property more than what is owed with their fees which are extortionate, the extra money they will keep by incresing their fees with bogus charges up to take the extra money. E.G. they charged me to disconnect an alarm 400 and I didn't even have an alarm in the property. This is what I would call day light robbery or white collar crime as you can't do anything about it. I would feel very sorry for the people who have to deal with these people as they have no morals besides one thing, How to take all what the client has got... I will be taking this issue further and will lost the out come!!!

They recently evicted me from my home of 10 years with the least amount of humanity or kindness they could muster. I got the notice in an email out of the blue and when I arranged a telephone call to talk about it, they didnt answer. I actually never spoke to anyone from their office directly outside of the incessant emails every other day asking me when I was leaving and if Id take time out of work for various appointments for surveyors, builders and whoever else to come round. I think they see tenants as an annoyance and not as humans with feelings, lives, roots. Being made homeless is genuinely devastating and offering a little empathy and respect is really basic decent, professional behaviour, but sadly thats beyond them. Im only glad I dont have to deal with them anymore.

Disgraceful company! My landlord had vreeched the mortgage conditions and thus my notice was served. Today whilst I was moving some small bits into another house and cleaning the new house before we moved main stuff in( please note i have NOT vacated the house I was letting) I received a message from a neighbour saying the locks had been changed and a notice was on the window. Templeton have changed the locks and illegally evicted me. When I called they have made me arrange a time to collect my belongings from the property. The little girl who is in my care was a Foster child, now adopted and Templeton have assumed we have vacated despite a FULL swing set being present in the front garden, a 14 foot trampoline and bike in the back garden with a gazebo and curtains up at all of the windows. They did not think twice to contact me to see if the property was vacant and they would have left us on the streets with no family local. They have illegally evicted us tenants due to a dispute with a landlord and I am througholy disgusted by this. Awful bully tactics! If you have been through this.... don't sit on your hands and let them bully you! I will be seeking legal advice and I will be taking this much much further.
