        John and Dee were friendly and professional. They were very efficient in cleaning several carpets, rugs and laminate floors. Some carpet stains had been there for many years and John informed me that the stains might not disappear completely, so I had a realistic idea of what to expect. Most of the stains have gone and the carpets, rugs and floors look so much better, they smell amazing too! I would definitely recommend JDee Clean and Safe. Thank you.         We have a rented flat, being rented to students. We had a flood from the bathroom. We called John and he came promptly to dry and shampoo the carpets. John and Dee came and cleaned the flat after they left. They did an excellent job. They are a lovely team and extremely helpful when things go wrong. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
