Sam's auto spa ltd ( hand car wash)

It was once my go to but a few things have put me off and Ive stopped going now, my experience with it is that I was a loyal customer; when it first opened the original guy there was so lovely and the job was done to a better standard, so much so I completed a loyalty card after a few months and when I went to claim the free wash a different guy was there and it was like it was the biggest inconvenience to him and the car wasnt really given a decent clean as a result. Even though I had that encounter, I still went back to support a local business and put it down to a bad day he could have been having but the last occasion another guy there, who is particularly rude tried to overcharge me by a lot, the board stated the price, it was always what Id paid yet he told me differentas its cash only, Id only taken the exact amount (as advertised on the board still at the time) but was met with a dirty attitude for it and given a stinking look after he took the money, that was the last trip for me, Id rather clean the car myself!

Excellent service from them. Top quality cleaning and absolutely worth the price theyve set. My car looks literally brand new. Would highly recommend.

Used to be really nice men working here apart from 1 who is rude and arrogant, you probably all know which ONE I mean!!. Took my car here yesterday for a wash and go( just to add my car is small and not stinking dirty), always paid 6 and was told no not 6 will cost 10 because of salt on the car making it more dirty!!, l told him l always paid 6 and he said not anymore! (even though price board states from 6 like it always have!! ). Trying to get more money out of a woman on her own that's what you are doing!! Won't be returning, actually went somewhere cheaper with great service with a smile and not an aggressive tone. You need to sort your attitude out before you lose more customers, ripping people off!! Avoid this joke of a place they make the prices up to suit themselves!

Went there today and asked for 6 wash and go and not told this did not apply and car cost more to clean. Despite not being told this prior to getting car washed. Then rather conveniently charged 10 as only had a 10 note so what if it more or if I had given right money of 6 to begin with? I feel they made up the charge there and then in getting 10 note. Therefore I recommend anyone who goes there pays in advance. Also, because my car was full of Christmas shopping told them not to do car struts as I didn't want anything falling out but they still tried to do this so obvious language and understanding barrier so ultimately I will avoid going back in future as told car still dirty at the end and it needed extra washing but at the same time told they too busy to do it today and come back. I am all for trying to keep money in local community but feel this is not a good service so warn others accordingly.
