I had a mini service (vacuuming but not washing carpets) and the car was returned to me smelling really strongly of chemical fumes. I had asked why some papers on the back seat had got wet and was told they had cleaned the floor. when I phoned to complain about the fumes I was told to bring the car down and they would sort it however when i arrived the owner/manager told me there was no smell and they used no chemicals and refused to accept that there was a problem Service: Vacuuming
