        What a great chap Ed is. I bought a second hand camper privately which failed its MOT due to a damaged rear seat belt. I was in a pickle as I didn't know how to strip the rear seat/bed to replace the seat belt. I phoned Ed, and despite not being a customer of his, he explained what I had to do, and then went a took a video of the parts that I had to remove so I could see where the hidden fixings were located and sent it to me within 5 minutes. Outstanding!
