For several years now we have been dealing with White Dove and from our experience gained over the years, they have always given us excellent customer service across all departments and are a pleasure to do business with.
We are impressed with both James and Emily in the KODA sales department by the way that they have always gone above and beyond to accommodate our expectations. We find the process from start to collection, straight forward and clearly explained with a reassurance provided by both James and Emily that they are only a phone call away should we need anything further.
In our view we think that all departments have a great knowledge of the brand and make it known that they are there to help.
