A very pleasurable experience, professional sales team Geoff and John looked after me and had my new mokka delivered within 4 weeks. There was no pressure in sales just very helpful, sorted all paperwork and drove away. A very nice experience all around. Will definitely be back in a couple of years

Update; Just as I thought, after speaking to other Vauxhall dealerships & the Vauxhall uk technical department I should not of had to pay for a job which should of been covered by the manufacture warranty on my 1 year old vehicle.Apparently the problem was a well known issue & should of been either a goodwill gesture by the dealership or a warranty claim.There certainly wasnt no good will with these lot.They couldnt wait to relieve me of 150.

I was blown away by care and attention to details .I could not fault the excellent service I've recieved from Evan's Halshaw/ cardiff, the before and after care was exceptional !!! Being an over "60" woman, you always worry how you will be treated. I had spent weeks comparing prices/deals and test driving numerous SUVs at car dealerships in Bridgend/cardiff area, buying a brand new vehicle is a big deal and I have to say the service and advise i received from Geoff Cox was superb. He gave me clear and consice information about the car. He has a warm friendly and informative manner, no hard sell( which I had recieved from others). This goes a long way in my book. When I'd decided on which vehicle, he kept me informed about when the car was delivered etc, the paperwork was so easy to complete and sort due to Geoffs attention to detail, giving me all the info I required... It was a breeze. Thanks Geoff On receiving my lush shiny new Mokka, I had issues with my insurance company not recognising it ( car was new model/engine) stress time !! I phoned Evans Halshaw and spoke to Richard Collins who sorted free cover for another 3 days in 5 mins flat, just outstanding This is the best service I have received ever. I highly recommend anyone interested in buying a new car from here pop in and see these guys Huge thanks to you both from one extremely happy customer.
