If I could give them a minus I certainly would. In my opinion they should be avoided at all costs. We bought a car and after 7 weeks of lies and excuses we picked it up despite their bullying and lying we picked it up. In all the years we've bought cars and there have been many I've never met such cowboys. Do yourself a favour and run from this shower

Avoid this company at all cost. If only you could rate them as zero. This company sold a car totally unfit for purpose in June 2022 and we are still waiting for our money. Gerald and Cameron wont return any calls so now we are going through the ombudsman. Looking forward to the day they pay us back what we are owed

Couldn't give 0 stars ! Misgendered multiple times on phone and face to face. Sales person got really aggressive when i asked for a refund of my deposit I'd given (by the way it's illegal for them to keep your money as you have not received goods) Trading standards , vosa , dvsa and the council are now aware of how your attitude is to customers. Trans rights and obviously customer service is something this place lacks on. Reputable dealers do the following. Treat customers with respect. Have a warranty. Are mostly AA OR RAC approved. Don't have cars with advisorys on mot. Do not tell you lies to get a sale. They also dont sell cars that are clearly unroadworthy.

Total bunch of cowboys. Avoid at all costs bought a car from them after a month of waiting for the car to be ready they tell me it hadn't been booked in to be sorted.told them I was going else where and 5wks later they still not reimbursed my money. I would've given zero stars 1 is the lowest it goes.
