Total shambles of a branch. My appointment at 1 was a complete non starter. The advice from the email was confusing and contradictory. I called the office for assistance with no answer. Could not park within the ground to walk in the main complex to get assistance. Finally found the office block but could not gain access through the intercom. Still no response from the telephone number. Finally gained access 30 mins later and walked around an empty building still no response from the telephone number. Finally gave up 40 mins after my appointment.
