        I cannot praise the friendly, helpful staff enough at this Ford garage. I do not live locally and whilst visiting my daughter, realised I had an issue with my car meaning I could not drive home.. I rang late in the afternoon and was slotted in the next day to have my car sorted. I am so grateful to you all for turning what could have been a terrible experience in to a really good one. I dont know the name of the man on the desk only that he was from London, but thank you so much for all of your help. I was truly grateful and would recommend you all to anybody.
