Now seems to be permanently closed, sadly. Convenient location. Good coffee and cake. Very tasty all day breakfast too.

Unfortunately has been closed when I've been past despite online saying it's open. It's either closed permanently because of Covid or just over the winter.

A real gem of a cafe! Looks can certainly be deceiving: from the outside you see what is, basically, a modest former shipping container - although tastefully painted in distinct orange paint. Can't really miss it if walking the 'Barrage. Inside is a really friendly, relaxing cafe with a warm welcome. The coffee was superb, piping hot and plentiful. Would put many corporate cafes to shame. The sandwiches looked and tasted simply define and as for the tea cake - amazing. And impressive views of the Barrage thrown in for good measure. Certainly will recommend and do not be put off by first impressions.
