The boy serving was polite but the "cook" was incredibly slow and it was very expensive for the small portion. It should not take 15 mins for a portion of chips at lunchtime. You don't have to serve people in order when you are waiting for fish to cook! Tasted good though, better than others on Penarth seafront. Slim pickings along here.

Worst fish and chips of my life , fake frozen disgusting Iceland fish go further down to the real fish and chip shop that has fresh chips and fish. Would not even feed it to the seagulls they deserve better.

Food was passable,tea was like dishwater,no mayonnaise.Also because of the menu board above the counter you can hardly see the staff to order.Wouldnt recommend this place.Saw them using the hoover pipe to clean the counter before opening,not hygienic at all.On the upside,the seagulls liked the leftovers!
