Andrew supported me with a redesign of our organisational structure helping to bring in best practice techniques and ensure the project was kept on track with the core values driving the vision. We were able to create a sustainable structure which could expand as the company grew. From the very first meeting I had with Andrew he felt like part of our team and not an external consultant. He went on to lead on our management training using the insights discovery profile and is an amazing facilitator allowing for everyone to participate and get the most out of each session. We engaged the services of The Spark Company to assist us with a TUPE transfer of approx 70 staff into our organisation following a contract win. Andrew provided us with a clear proposal upfront for how he would deal with this, and the timelines and costs involved. Throughout the process Andrew was extremely well organised, he guided us through the steps, helped us with decision making, reviewed all the data provided by the tranferor, produced all the letters and documentation as required (all carefully reviewed with both employers to make sure we were happy) and supported us through the staff communication and even the payroll setup. Having Andrew on board for the project gave me full confidence that the HR aspects were in control in safe hands, allowing me to focus on the other aspects of the contract and implementation. Andrew is a lovely person to work with and did an excellent job of managing the transfer. Most importantly we have happy staff who really appreciated how they were welcomed into our company.
