        I called in regards to a Buy to Let mortgage, my first experience with the customer service was not great. However, even though I have found a Buy to Let mortgage elsewhere, I will consider Principality in the future. They addressed my issues and clearly went out of their way to correct my problem. The commitment alone to solve a complaint from myself when I'm not even a customer was outstanding, Thanks Principality.
