Awful to deal with. I first called this company on 4th October to discuss an issue with my roof. After having to chase them several times, each time being told someone would be in touch (no one called) I finally made an appointment for today at 12.30 to get a quote- over a month since my first call. They didnt show. I called to find out if they were coming and the man on the end of the phone was rude and sounded like he literally couldnt have cared less that he had made the mistake and hadnt stuck to the appointment. If he had been nicer and apologised I might have considered re-scheduling but I dont see why I should give them business when Ive received such poor service so far so will be looking for another company.

I asked Sunny days to do some rendering and plumbing. Whilst they were looking around the house they persuaded me to have some roof work done as well. They asked for a deposit of almost 30% up front. After a few weeks two men turned up and said they couldn't do half the roof work. Despite this, Sunny Days asked for more money for the small amount of completed work. Several more weeks passed without any communication about a start date for the plumbing or rendering. Eventually I gave up and asked for my deposit back. They've finally done the plumbing but I've paid hundreds of pounds for a few hours work. Lesson learned. I won't be using them ever again or pay a deposit until work actually starts.

Whilst polite on phone and promptly arranged a visit to property for assessment, would only provide a verbal quote. Follow up email ignored. Would not use on that basis.

Roof needed some repairs, they managed to fit it in very quickly over a busy period just before Christmas, can't fault the service and work. Already recommended them to my mother who also got work done with them too. Top company!
