WED2B Cardiff

We turned up one evening to look at bridesmaid dresses, they have 6 different styles that you can get in different colours. The changing areas are shared with others but very spacious with seating areas. The woman on the front was very friendly and helpful. She explained how the process worked and purchasing. The bridesmaid dresses were good quality and value.

Nick was lovely she made me feel at ease and was really supportive as I was nervous and suffer with anxiety but she made me feel calm! Highly recommended I found the perfect dress

What a great experience. I felt so welcomed by Rae at reception, she talked us through how the shop worked. She helped me select 4 dresses to try and was very patient with me. Rae was supportive throughout my appointment along with the fab stylist. Rae helped me select a dress I wouldnt have picked for myself and I loved the shape and the fit. I didnt end up buying my dress from wed2b but the dress I have chosen is the same shape that Rae said would suit me. Without her I wouldnt have found my dress. :)

I Had an amazing experience at your store and found my perfect dress that I love and adore the 3 ladies that helped me was Nicky, Lizzie and Elizabeth they were very helpful and very patient and spent their time helping me find a beautiful dress that's perfect for me in every way which made my day stress free and relaxing and not over whelming which is a bonus. And I left the store with the perfect dress I love which was safely packed in beautiful packaging and a sturdy dress box which came with a lovely personal note from the staff wishing me luck on my special day which is a lovely touch which I wasent expecting. i would highly recommend the store amazing variety and quality of dresses in every shape and style including accessories. I came into Wed2b this week with the intention to try on different styles of dresses as I have never tried any on before so wanted to find which suits me/I love the most. I made this clear to the staff. However after picking 4, 2 of which happen to be the same style, which I liked but was very hesitant about, I was told that most brides dont like other styles they think they will so theres no point in even trying The staff were very friendly but every time I asked to try something different I was persuaded out of it and its like they didnt want me to try more than 4 (because most brides pick one within the first 4 apparently) which is obviously some sort of target they have to hit. I was then basically told I should either pay the 50 deposit and come back to get it or if I left without it Id regret it for eternity and Id hate myself for not buying it. I was there for a good 3 hours and I was desperate to try on different styles but somehow I ended up paying a deposit on a dress I definitely didnt want to wear on my wedding day. I felt almost guilt tripped into it to be honest and Im really annoyed that was my first experience of wedding dress shopping. I understand you have targets to hit and the business has pressure on their staff but this isnt a jumper its my WEDDING DRESS?! Even your ex staff have posted on line reviews of working for wed2b and have said that they are told to make brides buy dresses they dont even want. I definitely dont recommend them as they are so target driven and clearly are not about the customer.
