hellooo pre-warning, I'm an oversharer!! first of all, if you are a bride/groom/celebrant who is getting married and wants to shop small, welsh and indie then ofc RBB boutique is the place to go. With a handful of designers to choose from, each more attentive and delightful than the next - you will absolutely find your dream outfit for your day. I'm a UK size 16, and coming up to my wedding I was very nervous about shopping for my dream dress. It was a HUGE deal for me, and something I was saddened to be doing without my Mum who is unwell. I went to a few other bridal shops (all of which were lovely, Cardiff seems to be a fab place to shop), but the resounding thing in all of them is how uncomfortable the assistants felt mentioning how the dress sat on my silhouette. Rachel is so comfortable in her dream space that you can't help feel at ease. She pre-warned me every time she was going to adjust my dress or move me, but she was firm and didn't seem afraid of my wobbly bits. If anything she embraced them and really helped me choose a dress that would enhance my confidence and happiness within myself. Rachel has a STRICT no-diet talk policy, she will never dismiss how you feel - but her very valid boundaries are there. She absolutely makes it clear that you do not need to change one bit for your wedding. Okay now for the dress - my brief was I wanted to feel youthful, I wanted something different and fun but still very bridal and with some drama. I went for the original Paris from Amy Mair Couture. It was the first dress I tried on and I think we all knew immediately it was the one. The dress was made with such care and attention, with zero issues. It fit me like an absolute glove and was so comfortable on my day. I've blabbered on enough now. I just want to say, thank you Rachel. You were a huge part of my wedding and I will always be in awe of you.

I cannot recommend Rachel and the boutique enough. It is literally magic! The shop is beautiful and Rachel is wonderful. My dress was everything I could ever have hoped for and every step of the way Rachel was there to support, encourage and empower (even through a few minor wobbles!) An amazing place with an amazing person running it and I couldnt recommend highly enough

What can I say about Rachel? Shes an absolute superstar. I visited numerous bridal shops whilst searching for my dress and while the dresses were lovely and the service good, the minute I walked into Rachels boutique, I knew it was the place for me. Rachel is so personable, funny, interesting and has an expert eye for unique dresses. Shes also comfortable giving her honest opinion, which is rare for bridal shops. While the boutique is small, it makes you feel like youre the only bride in the world and hosts a wealth of wedding outfit combinations, each completely different to the last. If youre getting married and arent the typical princess bride, I urge you to visit Rachel. You wont regret it!

Oh, how can you describe Rachel? From start to finish she is a dream! She is so helpful, so passionate and so personable that you cant help but enjoy the experience. Rachels was the first shop I looked in, and the last. I knew from her Instagram that she championed Welsh designers, which was how I was drawn to her in the first place! I had always thought Id be really indecisive but Rachel almost drew the dress out of me. Rachel completely puts you at ease, with a flowing conversation which helps immensely, and she is always on your side. I have a close relationship with my mother but I can imagine if there was any contention or Ill-will (like you see on tv!), Rachel would be fighting your corner in a flash! Her shop is filled with gorgeous dresses and Im sad she only sells bridal- I would love to go back! She also has accessories and a long list of recommended suppliers (I actually found our photographer through Rachel someone who had also been a Boutique Bride!). Her sunny demeanour that radiates through every pore of the store is exactly what you need when shopping for a bridal outfit, and I would recommend her to all and everyone. I bought my wedding dress from this wonderful lady this year I couldn't ask for a better experience. So welcoming and empowering plus the dresses are the most stunning I've ever seen. Plus shopping in a small boutique is the absolute best.
