        Really enjoyed my first session with Outdoor Fitness. Everyone was friendly and made me welcome (we even had coffee afterwards)! The instructor knew how to get the best out of everyone whilst being encouraging and making the session fun. I couldn't believe how quickly the hour passed! Highly recommend and wish I lived nearer. Can't wait to come again next time I'm in the area.

        It's the place to go if you want to get fit, lose weight, make friends and like training outdoors (in all weathers). You will be pushed to your limits but feel great afterwards knowing you've worked hard. Instructors are friendly and every session is different. I have been coming here for 10 yrs and look forward to every session.
