Service is good, staff are friendly, however the mark ups on prices are insane. Sometimes up to 25% mark up. for those prices youre better off going to Halfords.

Wonderful experience! Bike break stopped working so an urgent repair was needed for my commute to work. Took my bike along and was told that it may take a couple of days longer than it normally would as they were busy due to a bike race coming up so everyone was needing repairs. I wasn't expecting to get my bike for a few days but got a message the next day saying they had sorted it. Couldn't be happier with how quickly they did my repair, how friendly and knowledgeable they were and the affordable price. I will definitely be a return customer!

Held on to my deposit for 3 months then failed to advise my bike would now not be delivered until August 2023 having promised delivery April 2023. Very poor service and I would certainly not recommend them

We wanted a folding bike and Damian talked us through various options. After ordering (with competitive price) the service was superb and kept us updated all through the process until the bike was delivered less than a week later. Definitely recommend this shop
