Went into the shop over the weekend as I was having trouble with the gears on my bike. Pete the mechanic took time off what he was doing to help me out. Super knowledgeable and very friendly. Great customer service all round

I called Evans Cycles, Cardiff, on the phone and spoke to Pete about a repair on my gear cable, and he could not have been more accommodating or helpful! Even though he was busy, he fit me in and repaired my bike straight away, because he knew I needed it for my commute to work. The bike feels like new and I can't thank Pete enough for his help, which was sorely needed! This is exactly why I always go to Evans whenever I need any repairs! Thank you Pete you're a lifesaver!!

Went in to get my brakes reattached, they gave me some mountain bolts and attached free of charge. Friendly and willing to help. Then they advised looking at my rear brakes and gave advice, in the end they had to replace my caliper and bleed out my hydraulics twice, all at a very reasonable cost, explaining everything as they went and going out of their way to help. Pete was great and gave an absolutely brilliant service. Would recommend to anyone who needs their bike fixing.
