        For a long time I was really pleased with the service at The Bike Shop and recommended all of my family and friends to them. Until my son took my bike to have the chain replaced (as it broke when hed borrowed it from me) he came back from The Bike Shop with new gears that he never asked for! The people in the shop assumed it was his bike and charged him 96 which he paid out of his 16th birthday money to fix it for me! They took off the Specialized derailleur and replaced it with a cheaper one and Ive had no end of problems with the gears since. They should have checked with the owner of this bike first before taking advantage of a 16 year old boy!
