It took 5 days to get my gear cables fixed and to do a general bike check. Paul does not respond very quickly to my messages and fails to provide any updates on the progress of my bike. Only managed to get my bike back and a get an update by chasing him up. He continued to provide excuses for not having the time to fix my gear cables. Arrived to pick up my bike to be told that my bike does not go into the top gears and that I would need to pay an additional 45 pound for a derailleur to be replaced to get my bike into working condition again. I refused to let him keep my bike and took my bike back with gear cables fixed but missing screws from the gear leavers he took apart and lost the parts to. The gears were seriously misaligned, which were previously not missaligned. After consulting a bike expert , they managed to fix my bike by adjusting the gears that were misaligned. I did not have to buy a new part for my bike. This service is unprofessional and unreliable as Paul does not have the time to repair bikes with the continous excuses of not being able to do it. I would not recommend it.

Paul has saved my ailing bicycle! My Dutch style ride had a completely jammed 3 speed hub and was in much need of some TLC. Paul has restored it to its former glory! He was very knowledgeable and skilled. He had the patience to fix what I had been previously told by other bike shops was unfixable as the bike was not worth anything. My bike was worth something to me sentimentally, and thanks to Paul its back on the road now! Can not recommend his service enough.
