Brilliant Sales Advisors and Pharmacy team who deserve recognition. What people dont realise is It can get busy, working in retail can be difficult. Staff have to serve and deal with delivery, click and collect orders and customer enquiries. The team in the Penarth store are brilliant!

Please employ another staff member at least. Queues are long and slow regularly - and thats for the normal till not the pharmacy

Very rude pharmacist assistant named Lynda. Apart from her the rest of the pharmacy staff are very polite and helpful.

Walked 40 minutes to collect prescription which had been due a week ago. Only to find it with a sign up saying closed...but no idea how long for and they don't answer the phone.
