Intense

Took my grandmother for a haircut, the whole experience was awkward and unorganised from the off. The stylist had a made a comment about how she doesnt do dry cuts, then when onto say my Nan would only receive 80% of a hair cut - which is exactly what she got. Uneven across the nape of the neck, long strands left around the ear/face which I had to tidy up when we got home! Considering the haircut was for my grandfathers funeral I thought the stylist would have taken more care, didnt even offer a mirror for my Nan to check the back herself. Absolute shambles, and ridiculously expensive for 80% of a haircut I wont be taking her back there.

Out of all other salons I've been to previously, I always go back to Intense. Maria and Danielle are fab. They listen to what you want and are not scissor happy, so if you only want a trim, that's exactly what you get. I won't go anywhere else, they never live up to expectations and I've often found myself wishing I'd waited and gone to intense!
