Very rude. We are repeat customers, have already been there twice before. I contacted them to ask about availability, not making a commitment or anything of the sort but just asking when they had an opening for an appointment. Unfortunately due to medical commitments, I wasnt able to reply for the next two days and then the company messaged me back being absolutely rude. Saying how I didnt confirm or show up when I never asked for an appointment just availability!! When I said this to her, she said she didnt need unreliable customers like us and blocked me! This is no way to talk to customers, I didnt miss my appointment without notice, I didnt behave rudely with her, yet just not replying was enough for her to act like this.
