        Caroline made me feel comfortable and was very patient after being bombarded with questions by me. My eyebrows were quite challenging but she worked her magic and BOOM, gave me a completely new set of eyebrows that look like they are naturally mine. I cannot wait for my retouch. In the meantime, I will keep loving on my new eyebrows!
