        Best wax I have ever had, EVER!!! This is my second time at Royal Beauty Lounge Cardiff. I had Pahola both times. She is truly an expert in waxing. The second time, it was pretty much painless. Pahola is super friendly and very professional. I will be going here every time I need a wax from now on and would HIGHLY recommend Royal Beauty Lounge to any and everyone! Thank you so much Royal Beauty Lounge! Service: Body waxing

        I don't rate the service, but the customer service. I bought voucher on Groupon. I tried to make an appointment. Lady said, I am coming today or next year, and kept calling me darling. And in the end, I heard that I could cancel the voucher. So I did. I do get that it is December, but if you advertise your service, you should be aware that people will try to make an appointment soon after the purchase. Would be much appreciated to be nice, not rude to potential new customers.
