Came in today with bad lash extensions from a previous lash tech, so bad they needing to be removed, the lady at the pamper lounge was amazing, she removed my bad lash job without losing any of my real ones, booked in at the end of this month for a new set with this lovely lady! Warm welcoming and great customer service.

Jo and the team did an amazing job on my wedding day! Both myself and my wife loved that Jo and her team both listened to what we wanted but gave us additional ideas that we had not considered. For the wedding, the team did the nails, hair and make up for 12 people. They did an amazing job juggling lots of people across multiple locations. Everyone felt incredible and looked beautiful. Nothing was too much and the focus was on everyone feeling their best as well as looking their best!
