Nail broke off within one day of use with no heavy use. 5 nails broke off within a week and a half from just using hands for day to day things. No heavy lifting or force on hands. Was thoroughly disappointed as I had spent a lot of money for nice gel nails for an event.

Full pedicure service was not what I expected, they don't do foot soak (which is obviously an essential step) or any of the usual pedicure steps such as callus removal/cuticle care/nail trim and shape. Service seemed quite unprofessional, hygiene in the salon was also bad, equipment that was used didn't seem to be sterilised at all. Definitely not worth the money, wouldn't recommend if you want a good pedicure treatment. RESPONSE TO COMMENT BELOW: I most certainly booked an appointment for pedicure over the phone and eventually paid 35 for just a gel removal and reapplication (which not to mention was done with acetone and tinfoil, a method that good quality salons wouldn't normally use as it's harmful to the nails). Deadskin/callus removal or cuticle care were not done at all, so I am just wondering what would a full pedicure include then (and why was I charged the price for it since that's not what I booked apparently)? It is also appaling how you consider your hygiene of a high standard since you didn't even use gloves during the treatment and there were visibly hair and dust everywhere. I guess pretty decors aren't everything after all... Service: Pedicure
