He barely looked at us and mumbled something about my pants/shoes not being okay. I had on nice long pants and new shoes. We were stunned. There was no transparency or friendliness to be seen from this security guard. Shame. It is at odds with the hospitality and openness we experience in Cardiff! Ik liep samen met een vriend naar de beveiliger en vroeg of we nog naar binnen konden. Hij keek ons nauwelijks aan en mompelde iets over mijn broek / schoenen die niet ok waren. Ik had een nette lange broek aan en nieuwe schoenen. We waren stomverbaasd. Er was geen enkele transparantie of vriendelijkheid te zien bij deze beveiliger. Jammer. Het staat haaks op de gastvrijheid en openheid die wij in Cardiff ervaren! Ons advies: stop met dit vage deurbeleid. Het past niet meer bij deze tijd en verpest de vibe.

        Best place to go on Friday and Saturday! Arwen, Emma and all of security are kind!! good music and great atmosphere, would definitely recommend a visit!
