I logged myself out of my internet banking, went into the branch on Albany rd Cardiff, I would like to express my gratitude to Carla who was so kind and lovely to me and set me back up with my internet banking, Carla was so patient with me didnt rush me or make me feel silly, and explained to me what to do if it happened again, thank you so much Carla.
