Two days back, they asked me to come yesterday. On visiting yesterday, I was instructed to visit today.
I reached at 10 am today and was informed to come again after 2 pm. When I visited again at the time slot given to me, I was eventually informed to request an appointment through their app.
Finally, I did the right thing. Visited the HSBC bank branch. Got an appointment and account was opened in no time. Seamless and smooth. Keep up the good work HSBC.
