        I went in to transfer money to my solicitors. The team were very helpful, especially Deb who was lovely. Even with a little hiccup they were able to fix it and it didn't take long at all!

        My son suffers with depression and anxiety and the staff were amazing with him today. They showed compassion, empathy, explained everything to him, went at his speed and made the experience so easy for him.

        I strongly feel in the crisis we are in that the gentleman thats works for the llanishen village branch needs a 5* review...his name is TIM...i dont bank with natwest but my mum do and every time i go to the bank he is there serving the very best of customer service..as a manager myself i take notice of these things and he is definitely a credit to natwest
