Busy but slow serviceman normal for this branch, don't go trying to takenout largecamounysvof cash as they don't give it to you you need to make an appointment with them to take out 7 grand of upur own money as they don't carry that much is what I was told a few weeks ago but I took it out the holes in the wall over several days instead and paid via online banking as well. They don't like giving cash out for some reason it seems.

The manager today was so helpful I had spent hours the night before trying to sort out a problem I had stupidly caused on the internet & he was very kind & patient & helped me sort it out. Thank you

Completely disappointed with how consistent they close this branch without notice during opening hours. Ive travelled across Cardiff to this branch twice in a month and both times were closed. Avoid and use the main branch in Queen Street.

Always had great service from all staff for last 20 +years. Hope they dont close this great little bank as its local for many people.who cant get to town ect.
