        One of the worst I've been to. Absolutely impossible to park anywhere near there, not accessible at all. Staff standoffish. Inside looks dirty and messy. Last three times I've had to park quite a way from the bank so taking an elderly parent has been impossible to get them into the bank.

        This branch continues to provide excellent service to the community even with the most challenging of requests, one of which I had yesterday. This was dealt with professionally and and with utmost patience by Alison assisted by the other staff members. Thank you!

        I went to this branch on numberous occasions to help me with opening an account. They couldnt be bothered even when provided with all the sufficient information to open it. Someone from backoffice changed my account which I was trying to open from current to basic and couldnt even provide a sufficient reason as to why. Glad I never opened it now, Customer Service advisor just kept repeating same thing until I left.
