        Bought a flat white, and ended up not purchasing any pastries as the selection was very bare. I had to stand and wait for the flat white to then find lipstick stains all on the cup. The barista gave no apology for the uncleaned cup and then made me stand and wait for another coffee to be made. Once the new cup was handed to me again no apology at all. Poor customer service skills and overpriced coffee & no atmosphere inside the coffee shop! Felt like being in a silent library.
