The webasto petrol heater in my Alphard campervan had a fault, which turned out to be a crushed exhaust, not only did they fix the problem but they relocated the exhaust & wiring to help prevent it from happening again. They offered me a lift to Pugh's garden centre while I waited. I chose to walk as it's under 1/4 mile, a lovely offer all the same. 1st class service at affordable prices.

We were let down by another garage 2 days before our vans MoT expired. Called RVS who unlike several other places answered the phone straight away with Im sure we can help. Dropped the van off at 2pm the following day and MoT and requested brake fluid change were done by 4pm with a helpful call to let us know it was ready for collection. They have helped with a puncture once before too- we will certainly be using them again. Thanks RVS.

I took our car in to have a tyre replaced, and was told it would take 15-20 mins. After waiting 50 mins I was told that they had changed the tyre, but they thought that another one should be changed too. I agreed to have it done. After waiting for another 40 mins or so, I was told that one of the sensors on our tyre was faulty. I was told it would be 134 to fix it., and that it would have to be fixed before the car had it's MOT or it would fail. Since the sensors had been working properly before I took the car in, I decided to think about it. As I drove off, I saw that two tyre sensor lights were flashing. At home I checked the pressure of both tyres, pumped them up a bit, and haven't had a problem with the sensors since. And the car got through it's MOT at another garage without any advisories.
