        I recently used Paul for a house clearance I needed to get done. I found him friendly and professional. I already had an idea of the value of some of the more valuable items (a watch, some silverware and some ceramics) and he was spot on with those prices and I was satisfied with the value of other items. All in all a professional service - which is reflected in my 5* rating. Would use again.

        This man was very rude when we first spoke about even coming out for a valuation of some furniture. When he arrived at my door this morning for a valuation he was again very rude from the very first moment he arrived, very unprofessional service and I would not recommend using Paul Grimwade to anyone. I would rather give furniture away for free, than give any money to this rude man!!!
