        WARNING: I booked a few companies to quote for fixing/checking TV aerial and number of other jobs, Carls services being one. Instead of quoting for the work as requested he started doing the work (partially fixing existing aerial). When I queried this with him he said work had been carried out and insisted upon payment. Argumentative, extremely poor customer service. Basically paid him just to leave! Zero stars!!

        Our TV aerial had broken from its aging bracket after the recent storms and was knocking against the chimney (which was surprisingly loud inside the house!). Carl came out as soon as the wind had dropped a bit and was really helpful. He removed the old aerial in minutes and was really reasonably priced. Also, he wore a mask the whole time (even though he was outside!) which was really appreciated. Thanks for the help Carl!
