I went to Helen for the first time last Saturday and had a l had a really lovely massage. Helen is a lovely lady, very warm & friendly and she really knows her stuff! I felt so relaxed when I came out of there and her prices are so reasonable, I will definitely be returning. I may try reflexology next time as my daughter had that today with her and said it was amazing, so relaxing that she fell asleep!

I've been seeing Helen for a few weeks now. Originally I was told I have Plantar Fasciitis, after 2 yrs of seeing a Podiatrist, having Injections that didn't help, shock treatment, didn't help.. I have Finally had respite from continuing Pain with Helen, all natural! With Helens help, lots of studying on Helens part, I feel I'm Finally getting somewhere! I can't recommend Helen enough. Beautiful relaxing room, very knowledgeable & feel in Great hands! Highly recommended!!!
