After many years trying to quit smoking I found Richard. Sceptical of any outcome I went along to my first appointment with an open mind & hoped some help to reduce the habit would be a great start. Well, 2 visits per week, 3 weeks later ive quit.! 20yrs of smoking & the only true thing i can say is why did i wait so long to get this real help. Hypnotherapy has changed my home life, work & health in such a positive way. I cannot recommend Richard highly enough.

I contacted Richard D'Souza after reading about his practice online. The specific need was to locate a valuable missing object. The remote session worked out very well. Although it didn't immediately un block my mind, which had closed to recalling where I had "hidden" the piece of jewelry, the hypnotic state relaxed me. Subsequent "structured searches" that he suggested, resulted in my finding the object. Since this piece of jewelry was handed down from family, I was very happy and relieved to have found it! Richard D'Souza understands issues that act as mental blocks. I would like to continue working with him to move beyond other problems to find acceptance and peace.

When I first contacted Richard I havent flown for 6 years due to my phobia. I was hesitant to get help at first because my fear was so crippling. Over the years I tried many things to get over the fear of flying but never gave hypnotherapy a go because I used to view it as pseudoscience. After a consultation with Richard I felt confident enough to explore my phobia deeper with hypnotherapy. I walked into hypnotherapy completely open minded and willing. After some sessions I felt confident enough to book a flight. Normally the anticipation of a flight booked would be enough to cause massive anxiety, nightmares, restlessness and panic attacks leading me to not get on the flight. Well this time I felt completely calm all the way to the airport and onto the plane and after 6 long years of torment I can honestly say I love flying. Hypnotherapy with Richard has completely changed my life. The world is now my oyster and Im super excited to fly again and again!

Finally cured of my lifelong blood test phobia after 5 sessions! I can't believe it! The process genuinely works if you persevere with it, despite my initial scepticism! I never thought I'd be able to go through with a blood test. Thank you Richard!

My consultations with Richard J D' Souza was successful from my very first visit. My problem ,what we call in clay shooting , is called, Trigger Freeze..... unable to pull the trigger to take the shot. It would happen both in practice, and competitions. It got me so mentally frustrating that l nearly gave up on the sport that l had enjoyed and loved for many years. After discussion with Richard, he talked me through breath, and mental preparation, to help me relax. The very next day l was shooting a GB selection shoot, l focused on what we had discussed , and l became more confident and the shooting was flowing naturally.... I cannot thank Richard enough for his help, his professionalism and his relaxed manner....... Sheila Jones
