Mark and his team are just amazing, they fitted air con in my home and worked solid for days, and the day they fitted the unit outside it was torrential rain. So happy with the air conditioning , Mark explained everything very well and how to use etc. Mark and his team even cleaned as they went leaving no mess, I was so impressed. Could not recommend this company enough. Hard working , excellent job and very reliable. Would 100% recommend. Will be using Mark and his team for servicing in the future.

Daryl from Green cool UK was highly professional in providing a quote. No rush, no pressure just honest dialogue. He took time to understand my specific needs for aircon and heating and did not try to sell me work I did not need. Throughout the ordering process he was quick to answer any questions I had which and gave detailed answers. After I had 2 other quotes I decided to choose Green Cool, they were not the cheapest but they were by far the most knowledgeable and understanding of my requirements. Then to the fitting of the units. Mark and Jack were extremely professional. They fitted the indoor units and outdoor unit exactly were I wanted them. They matched the level of detail I wanted fron the fitment of the units. Each indoor unit was fitted exactly central to where I wanted it down to the millimeter. The outdoor unit was no different and the outdoor power cable attached to the wall had equal spacing on all P clips. No mess was left, Mark and Jack were clean and wore shoe covers at any point in the house. I honestly could not of asked for better service. I immensely pleased I chose Green Cool UK.
