Working in Care in Caerphilly for nearly 2 years, this has flown by as its been a great company to work for. Great support and offers great pay rates. There is full training for all staff and we offer additional training to meet the needs of the clients. The Company is steadily growing within the area and is becoming one of the best care providers for clients and staff.

Considering I didn't really know what to expect from Care in Wales and Domiciliary Care as a whole. I couldn't have been made more welcome from day one and this continues to this day. Care in Wales genuinely care about their staff and more importantly the clients they assist. They go above and beyond in the care they provide and it has been a privilege to have been a small part in the growth of the company.

I have worked for Care in Wales for just over a year and I must say I have never worked for a company that puts the individuals needs and wishes first before any other. Full induction training is given to all staff regardless of experience, I found the training really informative and relevant. There are also plenty of other training opportunities throughout the year to expand your knowledge and skills set. I feel appreciated as an employee and supported fully from all management. I have worked with staff over the 3 branches and they are always happy to assist me with anything even if it to listen to a moan on the odd occasion. There is full flexibility with your working hours to suit all lifestyles. The wages are above average and one of the better paid domiciliary care agencies in the south Wales district. Since working for Care in Wales I have been much happier as I feel like my views and suggestions are listened too. I would recommend to anybody new to the care industry or an experienced carer to work for Care in Wales.
