Went in because they sell footwear but had hardly anything in stock suitable and the clothing was in very small sizes

Paid for next day delivery at higher postage rate. Item was sent cheaper postage not next day. They sent it Royal Mail 24 which clearly states its not next day and took 4 days to arrive. It was clearly sold to me as guaranteed next day delivery as advertised on their website. Royal Mail do offer this service its called special delivery and is not as cheap as 24. There were no strike or industrial actions taking place it was simply penny pinching and miss selling by the shop. Owner promised to refund postage costs then started ignoring all messages, I sent a few as I was getting no reply, unlike the instant replys when I wanted to place an order. Now Im having to do a charge back through bank. Id avoid these guys at all costs. These things can happen but what makes the difference is communication and good customer service. On this occasion the seller was found wanting on both accounts.
